使用方法 / Getting started

允许相机权限，对准灯罩或单一灯具照亮的表面。Allow camera access and aim at a lampshade or a surface illuminated by one lamp.
点击“开始测量”，保持稳定约 5 秒。Tap 开始测量 and hold steady for about five seconds.
查看结论与测量过程，按房间、灯具和档位保存。Inspect the result and analysis, then save by room, lamp and brightness setting.
在“记录”中回看报告、删除记录或导出 CSV。Reopen, delete or export saved records from 记录.

常见问题 / Common questions

需要支持高帧率后置相机的 iPhone；低帧率设备只能受限筛查。无法判断时检查过曝、画面稳定性、实际帧率和光源混合情况。

A compatible high-frame-rate rear camera is required. Lower frame rates provide limited screening. For inconclusive results, check clipping, stability, actual frame rate and mixed lighting.

“未检测到明显波动”不等于完全无频闪。相机存在采样与混叠限制，精确频率尚未独立校准，本 App 不提供医疗、护眼或安全认证。支持简体中文与英文，可在系统设置中选择 App 语言。

A quiet result does not prove a light is flicker-free. Camera sampling and aliasing have limits; exact frequency readings are not independently calibrated. This app does not provide medical advice or eye-safety or product certification. The interface supports English and Simplified Chinese; choose the app language in system settings.
