仅在你配置并启动备份或启用备份计划后，应用会将原件和校验清单传输到你选择的服务器。清单包括文件名、创建时间、照片标识、文件大小和校验值。原件可能包含拍摄位置等已有元数据。SFTP 使用加密传输并验证主机指纹；普通 FTP 不加密，需你明确允许。开发者不运营备份服务器，也无法访问你服务器上的文件。
你可以取消待办、移除连接、撤销照片权限或卸载应用以停止使用。移除连接会删除该连接的本机钥匙串凭据，不会删除服务器副本。服务器数据由你管理，请使用服务器提供的方式删除。卸载前如需删除保存的服务器凭据，请先在应用中移除连接。系统备份和 iCloud 的数据保留由你的 Apple 设置及 Apple 政策决定。
如主动发送支持邮件，开发者仅使用你提供的信息回复和排查问题；请勿发送密码、私钥或私人照片。你可邮件申请删除支持通信。该支持网站托管于 GitHub Pages，托管服务可能处理 IP 地址和访问日志，适用其隐私政策。应用不会为分析目的向该网站发送使用数据。

PhotoPort requires no account and contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. The developer does not collect your photos, videos, server credentials, or usage history through the app. Pending actions, album selections, backup records, and settings stay on your device. Passwords and private keys are stored in this device’s Keychain.
The app accesses only the photos and videos permitted through the system, to show thumbnails, organize albums, export originals, back up, and restore. You can change or revoke access in Settings. Deletion requires system confirmation and may sync to iCloud Photos. Apple controls recovery and retention in Recently Deleted.
Only after you configure and start a backup or enable a backup schedule does the app send originals and verification manifests to your selected server. Manifests contain filenames, creation dates, photo identifiers, file sizes, and hashes. Original files may contain existing metadata such as location. SFTP encrypts transfers and verifies the host fingerprint. Plain FTP is unencrypted and requires your explicit permission. The developer does not operate your backup server and cannot access its files.
You can cancel pending actions, remove connections, revoke photo access, or uninstall the app. Removing a connection deletes its Keychain credentials on this device and keeps server copies. You control server data and can delete it through your server. Remove connections before uninstalling if you want their saved Keychain credentials deleted. System backup and iCloud retention depend on your Apple settings and Apple’s policies.
If you email support, the developer uses the information you voluntarily provide to reply and investigate. Do not send passwords, private keys, or private photos. You can request deletion of support correspondence by email. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages; the hosting provider may process IP addresses and access logs under its privacy policy. The app does not send usage analytics to this site.
